Nah, MSG is terrible for you. When I want something like that, I cook some rice noodles with chicken stock, soy sauce, sea salt, lime, and just a bit of siracha. Add more soy sauce, siracha, or lime to taste. Goes great with chicken, green onions, and bean sprouts thrown in.
