As you can see by the title, I want to join the USMC. Fitness wise I am lacking though.
I am a skinnyfat fag with very little arm strength and grip strength. My cardio is shitty too but i am doing the C25K thing to combat that. I am 5'9" and weight 160lbs. What do?

Do all of the 100pushups workouts and look up Greasing the groove to help build strength.

Apply now, they will take forever to get back to you and while you wait jog, swim and lift every day. I started boxing (I start basic in February) It's the best cardio work out I've had. Give your self a dead line and you'll force yourself to succeed

Do thai boxing. Run every day of the week. Do calisthenics a few times a week. Try to eat only 4-5 small meals a day. Swim for a couple hours each week if you can. Most importantly you have to mentally prepare yourself.
