How to build nice wide thicc back /fit/ ?
things i do currently:
deadlift
row variations tbar, pendlay etc
pullups
barbell shrugs
spinal erectors isolation training
im out of shape 6'1" 88kg but slowly getting better.
Add reverse flyes to define your shoulders
dream back desu
but i think i would need to fix my posture and imbalances first and foremost

Do dips work middle traps aswell ? I had super sore middle traps once after some dipping but that also could be just too much depth / stretch idk

I do deadlifts, db rows, cable rows, farmers walks.
Muscle ups and pull-ups pretty much every workout. 3 sets of each to failure -1.
Not claiming my back is amazing, just that this is the stuff I do.
5'10 190lbs.
