I don't use headphones, i blast whatever i want on a massive home theater system because i'm not a poorfag who pays a monthly fee to rent weights from a gym like a nigger paying for furniture

I am also home gym mustard race, and pound out whatever tunes and workouts I want whenever I want, no waiting for someone to finish squating in the curl rack

Yes, earplugs are 100% garbage and even a 5000$ one has vomit-inducing "quality".
Headphones though, you are one dumb nigger if you think they're all the same.

I misspoke. All bluetooth headphones/IEMs marketed towards lifters/runners are garbage. Headphones can be good, but the 990s are not a good example.

Buy some dope Bose noise cancelling ones so you can't hear people ask DYEL.

idk, I use bluetooth ones since they're relatively cheap, easy to replace and cables don't distract you or get entangled.
Unless you're going to be listening to music that demands a hi-fi system (like jazz) you shouldn't be that concerned. Just look at what has good reviews and doesn't cost half an arm.
