I need help with snacking. I always start eating cookies And chips whenever i'm hungry what are some things i dan snack on that require little to no preparation of cooking time?

It'll fill you keep and you going. I eat 6x300 calorie meals a day and 2 or 3 of them usually consist of half an advocado, 1 chicken breast, spinach leaves and some mushrooms. It's like.... 310calories and keeps me satisfied for 3 hours... or even longer if I'm busy.

Whenever you want to snack, eat a bag of apples. I guarantee you can't eat enough apples to get fat.
If I'm hungry enough to need a snack, I'll generally go for a handful of peanuts and and apple, or maybe some summer sausage and Wheat Thins. Honestly, it's not as hard as it sounds, just use your best judgement. You know what crap food is, so stop eating it.
