I had that too. I started using Dove, and it became a hell of a lot better in a couple of weeks.

Start lifting weights and your arms will eventually become more aesthetic

Moisturise and age. Doctor said it would go away in my 20s and it has.

I have it way worse than you do OP. It's called Keratosis Pilaris. I'm 18, so I'm just hoping it goes away with age. Other than that I really don't worry about, since I have good facial aesthetics. No lotion or anything.
