How do you get your mind right on a cut? Those days in a row when you're low cal and kinda aggressive due to the cortisol increase or whatever. I need to lose 35lbs but I'm too mentally weak.

Busy yourself with anything else. I was out today since 8am, got back home at 10pm. Had a home made chicken sandwhich for the whole day. Came home and made myself some soup. Big ass bowl and only 130 calories.
Do IF on a 2/22 schedule. I don't even get hungry anymore except for right at my window time. Plus it gives me two relatively large meals instead of them pecks all day so I still get to feel like a fatty. Throw some YHCL and manual labor in there and you're a love handle shredding machine.
