>Be me
>Working out from 16
>No real transformation, still just look normal fit.ottermode at mostttt
>Just noticeable strength
>Turn 24
>Still not real difference
>I'm putting on weight though and not the good kind
>25 happens I'm putting on muscle weekly, seeing the changes as well...its been 3 months since I turned 25 and I have seen more change than I have in the past 9 years.
>My weights have plateaued though
what the fuck is going on here.
literally exact same thing is happening to me.
im also low test late bloomer (still cant grow a beard at 23), so think im still going through puberty or some shit
You accidentally got to the point where you were lifting a good amount of weight. Try changing your program a bunch and de-loading to focus on form every 6 weeks, should help prevent any more actual gains.

What do you mean? I have a 350 bench and pretty above avg everything else excluding shoulders because I suck at those. What do you mean deload?

I was saying you're doing it right. Most dyels don't see much progress because they fuck around and lower weights too often without really pushing past plateaus.
A lot of strength gains come from nervous system development and learning to move more efficiently. After your body is really good at the movement patterns and your muscles are working efficiently, you make most of your strength gains by getting bigger, which comes much more slowly than the beginner/intermediate stuff.
I've been messing around with my training.
I'll focus on a lift and hit it every other day three times, rest for four days, and then go up.
Just hit 155 for 4 on The Press at 166.

Sorry im not explaining this well enough. Basically I have tried to push past 350, but am having much much difficulty. Almost like hitting a wall. I try to put up an amount like 360 but its literally too much and I can...put it back at 350 and im pushing out 10 reps for 3 sets. Maybe baby steps at this point like instead of 360 ill do 355 or less

know that feel. im tall ish, 6'1, but nobody believes im 23. i was in vegas last weekend and no one believed i was of age. i actually started asking dealers/bar tenders how old they thought i was cause i was curious, most said 18 or 19. looking young will pay off in like 10 years i guess..
