Got a letter from my doctor saying my triglycerides are almost in the 300's. I've got two months before my next appointment to get it lower. What are god tier foods for lowering them? What else can I do to lower them (besides losing weight, 5 months into a cut)?
On a somewhat related note, I'm allergic to poultry and obviously can't have red meat as my main source of protein, what is some god tier fish I can eat for protein that doesn't taste like ass and isn't too expensive?

Fish doesn't taste like ass, you are just trained to eat sugary carb filled foods.

Eat fiber-rich foods like whole grains and beans, avoid processed carbs like most baked goods and white rice.
Switch to a whole foods plant based diet, within two weeks your triglycerides will drop below 100, this will make you heart attack proof
or you could listen to these egg loving cucks and die of a heart attack in your 20's

stop spewing out nonesense, and even if vegans had lower test levels, i would rather have the lower test level than die of cancer and heart disease
