Hey /fit/ i cannot get rid of my buttwink
I have tried everything, i am convinced it is not a mobility issue as I have stretched, rolled, lacrosse ball'd everything from my quads to my lower back. It's basically extreme rounding after i hit parellel on high and lowbar squats, help me fix this shit
6'1 220 lbs was at 290 lowbar in my SS routine but i deloaded because of the wink.

Yes. Sometimes it's all about your biomechanics and proportions, few can get away with having flat soles. Most need the heels.

Absolutely. Will 100% fix your form if you've tried all else.
Spent a few months trying to fix mine. Was getting to 2pl8 and scared I'd hurt myself.
Got them and never looked back. Perfect form now.
