Hello /fit/,
As a beginner, I find it really hard to find a diet that hits my macros. I considered buying whey powder but even with it, I either get in the end too much carbs or too much fat. Finding it hard for one single day, I can't even imagine adding variety without fucking it up completely.
So my question is : How do you manage to hit your daily macros ? Do you eat the same thing every day ? Or are able to add variety to your diet ? If so, how ?

look at what macros you need
look at what food you need to eat to fill those macros
too much fat? eat less fatty things
too many carbs? eat less carby things!
on a more serious note if you keep to your calorific daily allowance and hit your protein requirements you cant be far off.
