How do farmer walks work? How do you measure a rep?

started doing them recently, hit a pr of one end of my gym to the other and back with 75lb each hand

i do that 3 times after some forearm bullshit like reverse curls and hammer curls, great for forearms

my traps grow way too quickly and i don't have the widest shoulders so any gains in my traps make my shoulders look absolutely ridiculous

i only do deads and RDLs for arms down forearms gains. all the rest of my grip work is done via hangs
