So I started the couch to 5K today,
about 6 or so minutes in my lungs started burning, this seemed normal, so I pushed on, about the 10 minute mark my lungs start laying some serious pain, I decide to cut the jogging short there because my legs felt fine, it just seemed off to me, my lungs only got worse as I walked on.
Halfway down the 3 mile track I decide to cut it short and call a ride, my friend that picked me up claims it was the 25 degree weather that was burning my lungs so bad.
How'd I do /fit/? any suggestions for next time out there?

Repeat over and over until you can do it. Push through the pain.
I could hardly run 5 min when I started my Couch to 5k. I run 5ks three times a week now like it's nothing. Took about 4 months. Just don't fucking stop or skip. If it's too cold, run in the gym.
