Good indoor exercise bike for under $1000?
Need a powercord-less exercise bike for my garage gym that has no power outlets.
Are there any standout brands or bikes in the market? New to all this.

Look into bike trainers, there's several different varieties and brands. That one is a Cycle Ops brand fluid trainer, fluid styles are generally quieter and smoother, but more expensive. Prices range anywhere from $100 for a cheap one to $400 for a nice one with accessories.
If you don't already have a bike, think of it as a good investment into a new hobby. Your local bike shop most likely has all the 2016 models on clearance right now, so you could probably find a very nice entry road bike (skinny tires go fast) for $300-$600.
You will get much more use out of an actual bicycle rather than just a stationary exercise thing.

Can't ride your bike year round if you live in a place where it snows or gets cold

This is the only correct answer OP.
You can get a decent road bike and a trainer for well under 1000 bucks. You get the freedom and fun of being able to actually ride your bike around along with the convenience of being able to ride in your garage when it's snowing or whatever.
