Because they ate so much growing up their body's always had enough calories to grow. But since they were fat it put a lot of pressure on their limbs making it harder for them to grow while their heads were uninhibited by this.

It's not that fat people have big heads, it's that skinny people have small heads. Those who are genetically inclined to be thin have narrow gracile bones structures and this includes a small skull. They are commonly referred to as "framecels".

lmao OP, this. I know guys who have lost huge amounts of weight but their heads are big, im guessing because maybe they still have to lose a bit of fat from their face? idk i hope it doesn't happen to me but heres another question:

Is there a direct correlation between body mass and people having slightly lazy eyes?
