How do I improve looks if I'm already at low body fat?

Skin care. Good haircuts. Hygiene (not just "don't smell bad", actually take good care of your hygiene in general). Of course, I'm assuming you already know to lift heavy as well.

If you're really desperate, you can look into LIGHT makeup, and that will help with minor face issues that you may have, but you'll be terrible at it at first and I imagine you'd die before having someone do it for you, so that's probably a big no.

Either way, there's a limit to what you can achieve with bad genetics. Women have a bit more leeway, but there's lots of things you just can't fake as a male. So just take good care of your body and you'll mostly achieve your potential, even if that's nowhere near what a Chad can achieve with little to no effort. But hey, it's YOUR life and you should strive to get the best you can, even if that's less than what others are getting.
