I'm a beginner (lifting for 2 months) and that's my Routine:

>Reverse Triceps Push Down 4x15
>Incline Dumbbell Flyes 4x12
>Dumbbell Triceps Press 4x15
>Incline Dumbbell Press 3x12

Can you rate my r or recommend me new exercises?
