I have lordosis and the left side of my ribcage is sticking out a bit because of prolonged laying in a stupid position. I used to watch tv a lot before and managed to fuck up my ribs.
Are these kinds of things fixable and if yes, what are some good excercises?

Yes OP, I had the same thing my bottom left rib stuck out. Buy a corset and wear that to bed, wear it just tight enough to hug your ribcage but not uncomfortable. After a few weeks it will stay in place. You can also sleep on the floor on your stomach if that is not uncomfortable for you.
If nothing works you can always get surgery to have the bottom rib removed but really it shouldn't come to this.
