Hi /fit/, i'm pretty sure i have Vocal Cord Dysfunction, basicly my vocal cords clogg up so i don't get any air when exercising. From what i've heard you can just train this away no medication needed, any tips from someone who have had this

You sure it's not just bad allergies and/or exercise-induced asthma? Try getting an albuterol inhaler and take a couple hits off it about 20-30 minutes before lifting and see if it helps.

They gave several different inhalors but they didnt work on me
