Hi /fit/, i'm pretty sure i have Vocal Cord Dysfunction, basicly my vocal cords clogg up so i don't get any air when exercising. From what i've heard you can just train this away no medication needed, any tips from someone who have had this

I got a apointment with a doctor in that special expertise but the waitlist is three weeks long, was just wondering if i could something in the meantime to better the situation

You sure it's not just bad allergies and/or exercise-induced asthma? Try getting an albuterol inhaler and take a couple hits off it about 20-30 minutes before lifting and see if it helps.
