Do exercises that works the flexors of wrist and fingers, regulary. Like deadlifts, Heavy db rows with some cheating, Weighted chin ups, Pinching, farmer walk . And train extensor with wristcurls and rubber bands. Some wrist rotation work can also be beneficial.
