Been thinking about reducing my workout schedule from 7 days a week, to only 5 taking weekends off as rest days. Currently bulking up, will begin cutting from the 1st of January.

Lift 3x a week. Your body needs to recover, and it's not just the muscles but the neurological systems that tell your muscles what to do.

There's no one-size-fits-all answer like that. If one does fullbody, then yeah, three times a week. For a two-split, usually four times a week. For a three-split, usually six times a week. It all depends on what works for you and what kind of program you're using.

i lift 2 times a week so that i ca recover properly from laboring, dont wanna lift when im tired and slugish
Usually try to go 6x a week, doing a PPL split so its not particularly high volume.
Plus if I didnt go to the gym after work I'd just sit at home watching tv trying to figure out if I should just end it all
