Read the sticky.
Throw the whey protein out, or save it until the next year. You don't need it now.

then,
do Starting Strength program. you can find it online and many free fitness apps have a free SS program for you to follow and record your progress. OneSet is the app I use and they have a couple good programs on their, but for a beginner SS is the best.
secondly, you don't know how to do simple lifts. you think you do, but you have no fucking clue how to do these lifts with proper form. I would recommend buying an e-copy of Starting Strength, or watching form videos from /fit/ approved youtubers (Mark Rippetoe, Alan Thrall, etc.). While these movements are simple, the form is not, especially on the deadlift, and improper form WILL lead to injuries sooner or later.
Do sheiko beginner program

Don't do starting strength. It will quickly give you enormous legs and a great ass, but it neglects the upper body.
Download Zyzz's body building bible and just do his "sample" routine on page 41. It's got everything you need.

>neglects the upper body
>has more volume for upper body than lower body
I guess you'd have to pick one of these things because both can't be true.
