Is pic related alright?
Loosely based on coolcaidas PPL routine http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=149807833
Replaced flat bb bench with incline DB and weighted dips. After some searching I've seen that this is pretty common.
Anything I can add or change? Is it utter garbage?
OP here. I should add: I use a home gym and so don't have access to any machines and stuff. Hence the lunges over leg extensions/curls

Hopefully fixed rotation
a few jumping jacks a day is all you need
>>39723973
Sweet thanks. I'll go ahead and replace my leg day with jumping jacks. Oh boy 2017 here I come. New year new me :+)

Lunges are good but I would get rid of the splt squats for nordic hamstring curls.

Once you get strong enough you can pull yourself back up and than add weight by holding a plate.

I might do these for the first few weeks or so actually and then eventually switch to lunge variations. I just imagine these Nordic curls getting hard to load to a point. Thanks though, never actually seen that exercise before

You should really rest in the middle of the week instead of at the end of the week:
Like do:
MTWxFSS
instead of:
MTWRFSx
Going 6 days straight is overtraining.

OK I'll do that. Are my exercise choices alright?
>>39724041
You are literally going to train 6 says in a row no matter what.

What weekly routine can I do to lose weight build muscle and increase my pull ups
>>39724505
Starting strength with pull ups/weighted pull ups maybe. Are you a beginner?
>>39723921
OP here. So am I to assume that this routine is pretty much OK, in terms of exercise choices etc?
P-please respond

A beginner somewhat. I just got stationed at 29 palms. Fields ops absolutely destroyed my fitness levels.
Need to slim down but increase in pullups.
