I'm sick of you supplement shills plaguing every lifting forum, just eat food nigga. Ask any guy you know who actually looks like he lifts. He won't be running around with a shaker 24/7
It's okay for the price I bought unflavored and chocolate and it takes pretty bland and unflattering. Even though it has a higher protein count I just eat chicken and drink something like ON or mp

I used to worry about the shakes and the protein count now I really do just eat protein dense foods. It's easier and costs waaaay less. >>39724025

Shake should be: oats, banana, milk, water, creatine and maltodextrose.
The protein is superfluous if you have a somewhat decent diet. They're selling you waste product for a huge mark up and laughing about it.

>More than three times cheaper than in my country.
>Salaries are probably at least 3 times higher.

As if. Protein powder is by far the cheapest source of protein one can easily come by. It's by no means expensive and there are a million ways to enjoy it that don't involve just running around with a shaker like an autist.

Not if you live in certain countries. See >>39724246. In my country whey protein costs 20% more than getting it from chicken breasts, and that's counting the cheapest tasteless whey on sale.

gold why protein costs 54€ for 2,2 kilos and has about 70% protein content so 1.54k pure protein
i can get about 4.5 kilos of chicken breasts for that price which is about 1.4 kilos pure protein which means that powder is cheaper. If i would buy the cheaper powder id get about 1.4 K for 40€
Also powder is way more convenient than chicken breasts.
I dont know where you live but prices here in austria arent really that low so unless you live in switzerland powder should be the better option.

Often it's the poorer countries where shit like this is expensive, in my case Bosnia: Supps, "health" foods, hell even stuff like flour is more expensive here.
Basically it's down to this principle: if prices on the world market go up - our prices go up disproportionatley, if world market prices go down - they stay the same for us. Such are the joys of corruption and cartels.
The cheapest whey over here is MyProtein 5kg unflavoured - 75E in shops, 60E if you buy from some smugglers trunk.
>5kg of the stuff is 4100g of protein at 60E black market prices.
>for 60E you can get 16kg of chicken breasts, so that's 4800g of protons.
Can anyone recommend some good flavors of their impact whey protein? I've tried chocolate smooth and mocha. Chocolate smooth is okay and mocha is fuckin god tier. I'm thinking something like mint chocolate, strawberry or rocky road, maybe the salted caramel.
Suggestions?
