If the body can only process 30 grams of protein at a time, then anyone over 200lbs must eat more than 6 times a day.
That seems exhausting and a lot of excess protein.
Does anyone do this?
Is it worth it?
>not being able to eat 6 small meals daily
Never going to make it.
It's a gram of protein per pound of LEAN MUSCLE.
200lbs at 15% body fat = 170 lean mass, subtract the weight of the bones and viscera and there you have it.

That's not the question
Is a gram/lb of weight beneficial or theory?
>>39722536
That would just maintain LBM, wouldn't it?
>>39722557
Why don't you read the fucking sticky because it answers your question right in it?
>>39722521
>the body can only process 30 grams of protein
that's the real meme m88
>>39722521
Why do people keep perpetuating this dumb 30g meme
Honestly, unless you're over 200 pounds at less than 10% body fat, you only need .75 grams per pound of body weight.

>the body can't process more than 30 grams of protein
That's completely untrue broscience
>1g/lb of protein
That's a meme too. 0.8 grams is more than enough. (Some research even suggest more than 0.65 has no benefit)
