alright /fit/, i have really shitty lower back strength to the point where hurts for me to hold myself while bended straight. what kind of exercises would you recommend for me to do? would be better if it's a body weight exercise since all i have is a mattress and two 4KG dumbbell.

Be careful op. Train your core the right way. Planks, ab wheel rollouts. McGill big three for spinal health. I have a disk herniation and I'm snap city permanently.
deadlifts

Deadlifts and nothing else.

If you fuck up, and it only takes one time, get used to never bending over again.

Hyperextensions, glute ham raises, paused beltless highbar squats at 50% working weight, most other compound movements.

I have inverted hernia, APT and scolioses. One of the things I have trouble with is standing for longer then an hour.
My physiotherapist recommended squats, deadlifts, back extension and good mornings. The last two could also be done with one leg for stability purposes.
Been lifting for 5 weeks now and my deadlift is up to 95kg so I up till now it seems to work.

Isn't it a little bit dangerous for you to do squats and deadlifts with all those spine related conditions? Those exercises can put a decent amount of stress onto your lower back you know.

Yes I must admit I can get carried away so I'm going to calm down a bit and work more on form.
Try farmers walks with buckets of water. start very light and focus on maintaining correct posture
