I have a problem /fit/.
After lifting and showering, I get the urge to jack off like it's an emergency. I don't know if it's due to the increase in test from working out, seeing all the qts in the gym, or some combo of both, but it's pretty un-compromisable.
Moreover, fap sessions for me are usually an hour because I like to edge and elongate it for more enjoyment.
How much does it hurt my gains that I'm missing the "anabolic window" to fap? Or maybe the anabolic window is a meme?
