Well then are there ways to increase nip sensitivity tho? Maby applying ice or somehow increasing bloodflow or something? Maybe abstaining from nipple play for a while? I used to love the sharp pinch i felt when tweaking my nips during fapping, its harder to get that feeling now

your pain tolerance (=sensitivity) will gradually go back up as you abstain from pinching them. there are ways to increase sensitivity for brief periods of time but i doubt you want to be ingesting psychotroopic drugs before every fap session. good luck and be safe

Lowering estrogen shrinks my nipples. If I let myself get out of shape and full of estrogen (low test) then my nipples get twice the size.

If they used to be smaller and you are an adult then it is probably too much estrogen. Eliminate estrogen from your body and raise testosterone.

Yeah but there are supplements and/or foods that can lower estrogen and/or raise testosterone.
One for raising testosterone that I use is an herb called Tongkat Ali.
For lowering testosterone you would 1) avoid soy at all costs along with certain other foods that shoot estrogen thru the roof and 2) Eat foods that stop estrogen such as broccoli

There are probably more powerful choices but another anon will have to figure that out, I'm not good with sorting mental lists from best to worst

There are more powerful estrogen inhibitors than broccoli obviously (I just can't think of one)
And more powerful testosterone supplements than Tongkat Ali (which is just a plant)
