I haven't measured my weight so it's probably heavier now. Also for what it's worth eat a lot of chicken- there's good evidence to suggest it's higher in estrogen than most meats and a minor amount of estrogen is fantastic if you're trying to put on muscle or any form of bodyweight but don't want to fraud
