How do I lose muscle mass

Hi /fit/ how do I spot reduce muscle mass? I get pain in my left side, above the glute and below the oblique, and there's too much muscle there. I need to get rid of it.

You would have to balance the muscle mass of your body with doing more reps or something
Not /fit/ but i'm here for the medicine part of /fit/

There must be some thread that you can ask this, give routine or see some pro or something

But if you want to lose musclemass really bad and want to be more agile, then you would stop eating protein, cut hard on bodyfat % and it will easily lose your musclemass but will take a long while to take it back so you must think about this path

reducing muscle mass in general is yeah, you just waste away. but a specific muscle idk. idk what the fuck muscle it even is. like if im shaving or washing a pan and im standing for a long time i get the pain. if im busting my ass working hard all day i get that tightness above the left gluteus medius but below the oblique.

Almost literally no such thing. That twitch or pain you are having is probably from poor form or doing an oddball exercise. Take a week off and see if it remains. If it does, see a doctor

IIRC you can't lose muscle to a specific place on your body, just like you can't lose fat on your belly. You would be losing muscle randomly so it's not safe to lose all of your progress

Maybe you need some rest or something, there is something missing but i cannot answer you fully
I recommend having some cream so the pain goes away, if not, then maybe you should go to a real doctor

Will bump your thread occasionally, the only problem right now is that most /fit/izens that lift are asleep making gainz

You are overworking part of your posterior chain. Cool it on the diddlies and police the shit out of your squat form. Give your back a rest for a week and then ease back in.

Aspirin for pain, no ibuprofen or acetaminophen.
