hey guys, just wonder if you have any suggestions on how i can improve my shape and size.. not using weights just push ups and pull ups mostly, i have a fucked up a/c joint on my left shoulder from fracturing my clavical a while back but it only hurts when i lift heavy so thats why ive been avoiding weights..

If this isn't bait the look up Redditch bodyweight fitness and follow the recommended routine. With bodyweight push-ups just aren't enough for chest but with your shoulder you may not be able for dips. I'd go to a doctor and get an opinion on how much stress you can put on it.
