I've seen alot of conflicting opinions about this.
So what I've been doing is weighted chins on monday and rows on Wednesday.
Am I retarded? Do they really both need to be on the same day?

Doing a 1:1 push:pull ratio is entirely unnecessary. A 2:1 push:pull is much more optimal.
