I have a condition called SIBO and I can't eat carbs. Has anyone successfully bulked up weight on keto? Is it even feasible?
Keto is meant for cutting, not bulking.

why wouldnt it be ideal for bulking? ur body takes energy from fat when in ketosis all the time when needed. eat slightly more protein then when off keto and at a surplus and you will grow. You will also get less fat.
do not forget to have carb up days every other week though.
personally i would do recomp though. u can get strenght and muscle while not getting fat, and its more efficient on keto.
