Are you training your hamstrings? Some deadlifts or these whatever they're called where you deadlift without going down completely and with almost straight legs.

Probably not, I just barely started going to the gym and have been doing cross ramp and the leg machine the whole time. I have no idea what to do for hammys and glutes.

- deadlifts/stiff-legged deadlifts will bulk out the back of your legs
- squats will bulk out the front of your leg. You can use frontsquats and legpress for variations
- melon crushing (no idea what the proper name is -- the smith machine where you push your legs together against a weight and the one where you use your legs to force two pads apart against weight) will bulk your butt out and help with inner thigh
- donkey calf raises will bulk out your lower legs.
