According to those of you who dont count the bar, a 4pl8 deadlift with a 20kg bar is the same as a 4pl8 deadlift with a 15kg bar? Because according to some, the bar becomes weightless for some reason

15kg bars don't count for anything. Counting the bar comes from powerlifting where a successful lift, by definition, is 20kg. Anything less and it doesn't count as a successful lift
Go to a meet, every now and then, they'll tell you.
