Just started BJJ and realized I gas out in less then 2 minutes each roll. How do you guys improve your cardio for this? I can run for 2-3 miles at a decent pace but for some reason I can't equate that to BJJ. How did you guys over come this?

I did BJJ for longer and built up conditioning just like in Muay Thai and Judo

but i also do muay thai and i have no issues in the cardio there to.
More BJJ until you learn how to move efficiently

This. You have to constantly roll for about 5 min, 3 or 4 times a class to quickly improve your stamina.

I speak about conditioning in a combat sense, whether it be cardio or otherwise.
Muay Thai is a lot easier to condition yourself to the cardio because you're on your feet, how often do you roll around on the ground and use those muscles?
So naturally, doing BJJ for more time will allow you to condition yourself to the movements.
Also really bad beginners mistake with BJJ is using strength too much. If done properly, it's entirely about technique rather than strength. That might be the cause of your cardio struggles.
Remember to control your breathing.
