how bad is not sleeping at all (i am talking 24 hours no sleep) every two days or so
my sleeping pattern is completely busted. i sleep for 14 hours sometimes, sometimes i dont sleep at all.
i know its horrible both physically and mentally but how long till cardiac arrest?

Just push yourself to only sleep 8 hours the first day with an alarm, and do às much exercise as you can, hopefully you'll be able to sleep the second day

Losing one night of sleep is the equivalent to dropping a few points in IQ, it disrupts your body's ability to produce growth hormones and will lower your reaction time. People who haven't had a good night's sleep are significantly more likely to get involved in accidents - probably because they are less attentive.
