This shit takes time and discipline bro. And absolutely don't judge your progress against others.
Story time - I trained with my friend from the start and around 9 months in he was so disheartened that I was making more progress than him. He just powered through and he's a fucking tank now, way beyond me.
If you eat well, train hard and get enough sleep consistently then you will see progress eventually - just focus on this and don't get sidetracked by the nitty gritty right now.
My advice is 1. still eat at a caloric surplus, but eat well - oats, skinless chicken etc 2. drop down the training volume - I don't know what you're doing at the gym but 6 days a week is ridiculous, you need more rest. 3. Do some extra cardio AFTER weights.

But I always went 5 days a week and for at least a hour. I only went for 45 mins at a time when I did 5 3 1 for a bit but I found that program shit and I didn't like just 3 exercises for stronglifts per workout so I think what I'm doing now suits me fine.
I did high reps prior to strength training. 15-20 range at least 3 sets.
So you weren't there you didn't see what things I did. And I was 175 lbs before starting to lift and everyone was like ur too skinny gotta eat calories etc.
