By intentionally not working out my legs.I do plenty of exercise/sport and my legs are more than ok.
But actually directly working them out is detrimental to a nattys aesthetics, they make my upper half look smaller, use your bodies resources, and all to increase impractical strength.

Honestly I've been skipping leg day for about 2 months now. I was spending like 75-90 minutes a day, 6 times a week at the gym even without legs, so it got to the point where I was like "ok what am I going to abandon" and it was legs.
Got back to working on them this week though, so let's see how that holds up.
