Why is it no matter what I do or how hard I try to better I always just want to die? Really bad

Anyone else think about it a few times a day? Anyone used to feel this way but got over it? Does it get better?

In general with my personal issues, I have really pesimistic days and really optimistic days.

depression i can handle by anxiety is the worst

at least working out helps me stay sober

My anxiety is so bad, every day before going to the gym I start getting really anxious and dread it. It's a battle to convince myself every time.
