Training has been real comfy lately.
No programming just good volume PPL to give my body some rest while maintaining strength. Then after Christmas hop back on programming to hit some new maxes.

Well you could do some greyskull LP variation. Do bench and squat on monday and friday and do overhead press and deadlift on wednesday. All 2x5/1x5+ only deadlift 1x5+. Add some pulling exercises and maybe shoulder and arm isolation to every workout for aesthetics.

This is my actual definitive recommendation, I checked everything I had to check.

You may find this is too easy after a while. We'll see. People usually inflate their bench when doing Sheiko, so using the Press on the same system can lead to the same issue.

Yeah man, you've got a rough few months ahead of you. See a doctor if you can.
What fixed my shit was that McGil stuff for about 1 and a half months, after that I started deadlifting again very light (2pl8 - and it felt heavy). This was because my spinal rectors and leer back had atrophied. After a while deadlifts made my back feel BETTER.
Now I do whatever I feel like to strengthen my spinal erectors and lower back. Back extensions, snatch grip deadlifts and heavy rows seem to be work well for me.
There's lots you can do, experiment when you can.

Honestly, you're gonna get weaker over these next few months, but the strength comes back super quick.

It gets better, and you get smarter, don't let it upset you. God speed.

i allways start each workout with a compound lift, if im gonna train back im starting with deadlifts for like 5x5 or just lifting till i hit my 1RM and then go down again for more reps, like a pyramid set i guess

1RM stats are
DL: 3pl8 (just hit it today)
bench: 90kg (weak af)
ohp: 1pl8 (for like 3-5 reps)
squats: 2pl8 (for like 5-8 reps, havent done a 1RM attempt for a long time)

how would i go about setting up a strength training schedule? I'm not very educated about this but im eager to learn since i think this would benefit in my growth alot too, and new PR's are allways fun

Not to humble brag, but I used to think like Fil when I was younger.
I was so good at school, always nailing every test. And there were people who would get low grades all the time.
I'd defend that it's not because I'm smarter, but just because I pay more attention to the class and when reading.

I was basically telling them "you're not trying hard enough."
