Are there ways to get around the genetic predisposition to height, that is to say "cheat" your genetics?

I'm a 5'10" man with a 4'11" gf, and I'm thinking about my future kids. I would rather not have kids than have manlets for sons.

What are some things that you can do to your kids to make them tall?
