I'm thinking about starting to workout. I'm pretty skinny with a super high metabolism, it's difficult for me to gain weight so I never really watch my diet.
I'm realizing I'm "skinny fat" and want to set new goals to improve my life. Nothing major, but maybe a less "skinny" body for something a bit more toned.
I have a campus with a couple gyms which are conveniently located (can't drive freshman year) and been reading about how to start at the gym.
But I got a month of break before I come back. I was thinking maybe trying out a nearby Planet Fitness or starting just at home with exercises online.

Also I guarantee that you don't have a super high metabolism count your calories for 1 week in I'm sure your eating like 2k calories max a day
