Is it something you eyeball or is there a decent reliable way to calculate body fat %?
All the formulas I've found through google give me significantly different results.
You can do hydrostatic weighing, it's the most accurate way for normies to be tested for bf%, I have a uni that'll do it for me for a fee, maybe you do too if you really must know your bf%.
You could just use skinfold calipers, they give a reasonable estimate. Perfectly fine for your needs.
And you can eyeball it. To me, you look fine, you could go either way. Are you lifting currently? How is your progress?

Once you get below 12-10% BF there's no real accurate way to get your body fat other than an autopsy. Even dexa scans and ultrasound measurements will vary. Save your money and just try and look like what you wanna look like. That said if you've never lifted before I'd use this chance to take a crack at noob gainz, and just bulk and lift hard. There's probably some bro science to it but noobs tend to have an easier time building muscle while dropping BF at the same time. When you max that out start the cut and bulk cycle.
