Man, my diet was fucking horrible, I was working like 90, 100 hour fucking weeks, (I sell laptops on ebay and to mom and pop computer stores), and I was sleeping like 3 hours a day.

No physical activity, nothing, sit in a chair and work all day, then watch chinese cartoons and sleep.

I've cut back on work hours a lot, started sleeping more, and I'm eating clean.

I feel a whole lot happier since I started.

I actually really enjoy lifting, doesn't feel like work. So I'm thankful for that. I wouldn't be able to do as much volume as I do now if I didn't actually enjoy the process of lifting.
