I did Bench Press yesterday and my shoulder hurts a lot when I move my arm to do anything, it pains right where the arm and the shoulder connect, inside.

I had something similar, messed up my rotator cuff pretty bad and had to stop lifting for months
after resting, just do some mobility and massage, loosening up my triceps really helped improve shoulder health

I have fucked up shoulders I get nerve pain in them whenever I press and unfortunately the doctor said there's nothing I can do to help it. Crazy bad burning sensation along the middle and front delts. Although I ain't gonna stop pressing or working shoulders fuck that shit nigga so instead I warm up like crazy with plate flips, arm twirlies, and 180 hip cycles. Then the burning sensation is less of a problem. Then at the end I stretch out each head for about 5-10 minutes. Works well and I've gotten more mobility. Another thing that helps are doing face pulls. God tier brosky
