Hey fit,
I want to work out in the morning, before I start my day, this is all fine because I have a home gym.
However, I don't get hungry until about an hour after I wake up, which is later than I'd want to work out. On the other hand, working out straight after eating food makes me feel nauseous. Working out without eating, makes me feel like I'm about to faint.
How do I deal with this problem? I am drinking breakfast juice right now to see if it helps with the fainting bit.

Yeah it didn't do anything for me. Maybe I should drink even more, but then I instantly pee it out

I'll take the granola bar advice but I don't drink coffee - maybe green tea instead? But that doesnt weaken appetite, if this is the reason you suggest it

That's just what I liked to do, wake up to fresh coffee. I've tried downing a shake and a multivitamin but expect puking incidents if you're maxing that day
