You shouldn't, it strips the oil from your face and is one of the leading causes of outbursts of acne

That said, every bathroom needs soap because a bathroom is where you clean yourself and your shit and not having cleaning agents is the sign of a primate

Interestingly, the majority of commercial bathroom products these days are incredibly over marketed and over used. Shampoo, for example, is mostly full of lauryl sulfate which should only be applied to your hair once every 2 weeks at most for exactly the same reason: it strips the healthy oils out of your hair.
Conditioner is also fairly bad for your hair and should be used every few weeks at most.

Most of what you use in a bathroom is simple marketing in effect.

That said, if you have to ask then you're probably being a filthy manchild and should err on the side of cleanliness
