Don't work out with caffeine in your body on a regular basis it is a bad idea.
Also NSAIDS after a workout kill your gains.
Glucose syrup + Coconut Oil + Strong black espresso.

I have a tub of preworkout that gives me unreal pumps, but tolerance is a bitch and sometimes I go so hard my nervous system feels fried af.
If you use it sparingly, like on days when you really really really don't feel like lifting then sure, but lmao @ anyone taking it all the time.
Take pre for my strength days - so twice a week. But desu i dont drink alcohol anymore so sometimes for a night out i take half a dose just to be social.

If I don't take pre on most of those days, I just can't lift at the best of my ability because I get home from work so drained.

Adrenal fatigue is not real if you get adequate sleep and eat correctly, so yes, take advantage of using pre workouts but make sure its quality and not just cheap crack.
