Does anyone else on fit have a leg length discrepancy? How do you fix it? My doctor said to get a gel insert to put on top of the inserts I already have. But only 1 insert. So it would be on the site with the longer leg because my pelvis is super tilted and it could be a big reason why my squat and deadlift have just sucked terribly forever

are you sure its a leg length discrepancy and not a pelvic misalignment
you should probably see a physical therapist rather than a general practitioner
Go to a competent chiro or physio and work to get your pelvis realligned.

I have one leg a bit shorter because I used to be really fat and rested my weight on it all the time but it's not a problem, I still have good balance

Ha, wow I just got it confirmed for myself today as well.
It's an actual LLD, not just a weird tilted pelvis. I personally would love to get the surgery to fix it, but I'm going to see what the PT I'm going to see thinks first.
My right leg is .24 inches shorter than my left, due to fibular hemimelia. I've tried to fix it once, with inserts. In my opinion, the inserts caused far more harm than good. Since my body adapted to the length discrepancy, trying to fix it just caused more issues. One of my discs in my lower back started bulging. I gave up powerlifting for 2 years. I haven't worn those inserts in 4 years now, fuck those things. They might help you, or they might not. Gonna have to try them for yourself.
